tom is a legend! gave me a full leg massage to get me prepped for my game. released all the tension in my quads, hamstrings and calves. tom also helped me to relieve me of pain I was feeling around my left knee, due to patella tendinitis. I was given exercises to continue to do in my own time to stay onto od thing. Top rehabilitator

I came to tom with suspected patella tendinitis and it took him no time to diagnose this to be the case. he helped to educate me on my problem and come up with a plan to get me back playing football in the shortest time possible. he took me through light flexion and extension exercises to sport specific exercises, adapting when some were too challenging at the time. he's always on hand to answer questions or take me to the next stage of my rehab. top man and top physio, highly recommended.

Tom helped me through my ACJ shoulder injury I suffered in a football match, he was fast on the scene the moment I done it and helped me throughout the process of rehab by making a rehabilitation and strengthening plan and also showed me in person. after my shoulder was near enough fully healed he even helped me get fit again to return to competitive football. Top class physio would recommend.

Tom was present when my ankle injury occurred, he quickly diagnosed the problem, providing ice and clear instruction of how to proceed. he checked in regular over next few days, monitoring the swelling, then re-assessed the injury not long after. I received frequent exercises to aid my rehab. as I was returning to fitness, we combined 1 to 1 polymeric and strength session. both sport and fitness specifics which really helped me regain my match fitness. overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend him.
